The 1643 Apartments are a beautifully restored 1904 Classic “San Francisco Style” 5 unit building with original Craftsman details. Located at 1643 S. We accept cats and other small quiet pets (sorry no dogs) with payment of a $500 refundable pet deposit. Certified service animals accompanied with a doctors authorization and a description of the pets skills will be accepted.
We require a minimum 12 month lease term.
We require that the first month's rent and a refundable security deposit of equal to one months rent be paid at lease signing.
Our stated rent includes water, sewer and garbage charges. Tenants are responsible for individually metered electricity, and if applicable; internet, cable TV, and/or telephone. All tenants are required to carry a renters insurance policy during their tenancy.
Although we do not have any garage parking, there is ample on-street parking.
Our application fee is $20 per applicant and is not refundable. Each Tenant (even married couples) need to submit a separate application(s).
We screen all prospective applicants by reviewing the applicant(s); credit history, employment / salary information, rental history and criminal / public records. A screening application is due from all potential resident(s) of the unit that are over 18 years of age. Please review our screening criteria before submitting.
The maximum number of adult tenants for this unit is two and the maximum number of occupants is three persons.
